Hi, My Mac is out of order for a few days, so I'm trying to install 7.1.3 on my second machine (an old laptop). I've downloaded and installed it fine, but I can't for the life of me find my old serial number (Sib 7 was a new purchase last November). Various documentation on the Sib/Avid sites say that my serial number should be available within my Avid/Sib account, but it isn't - just information about my academic eligibility. Other documentation says I should be able to see my serial number from within the 'About Sibelius' tab in Sibelius on a registered/activated machine, but again, it isn't there - just the new System ID. The System ID from my Mac doesn't work on the laptop. What are my options? I can't get license control to activate Sibelius on the second machine.

I've also been through all of my emails dating back to last November, and my serial number doesn't seem to be there anywhere, though I acknowledge I must have had it at some point in order to get my System ID and Activation ID for 7.1.2 all those months ago! It was a digital download purchase only. The info in My Account on the avid website just tells me I won't be able to get my serial until I've been verified for academic eligibility (which i have, months ago).
The identit-e website no longer recognises my code. @Robin, my current system ID presumably only applies to my current system (computer), no? Given I want to exercise my right to install on a second machine, I need a new system ID, which I can't get hold of without a serial number. I've already tried using my existing system and activation IDs, and I get an 'Activation failed' message.
